We supply our vegetables and salads through our award-winning box scheme. By selling in this way we keep administrative and packing costs to an absolute minimum.
Growing With Nature was the second box scheme in the UK to start up in 1992, and experience has taught us that once you get used to this unique way of purchasing your weekly vegetables, you'll thoroughly enjoy the variety it brings to your meals.
We offer three fixed price bags of vegetables and salads of the season. These are produced either on our own holding here in Pilling, on land we rent in Cheshire, or on one of our five local suppliers' holdings. At certain times of year we do use some imported produce to make up the number of vegetable lines (and to stop mass revolts by people getting too many swedes). In response to a customer questionnaire and feedback from our open days, we have been asked if we could supply fruit. Although we are not fruit producers, many people felt that they would rather support a business like ours than support the supermarkets. As such, we offer two sizes of fruit bag:

Price: £9.00 to £9.50
The bags contain varying combinations of apples, pears, bananas, oranges, kiwis and lemons: a great fruit salad mix. Between August and Christmas the apples are from our UK apple growers.
